Shirley J. McQueary, 72, of Elkhart, died on April 9, 2018 at home surrounded by her family.  She was born September 21, 1945 to Arthur and Anna (Takace) Blondeel in Mishawaka, Indiana.  After high school, Shirley worked in manufacturing for many years before owning and operating her own successful flower shop.  She loved flowers and making different kinds of crafts.  Shirley is survived by her daughters, Barbie (Adam) Warble and Jamie McQueary; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Carol Reid.  She was preceded in death by her parents.  Friends and family will be received on Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 12-2 PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola, IN  46561 with a funeral service in Shirley's honor beginning at 2 PM.  Pastor Larry Sonnenberg will preside over the service with burial to follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
