Shirley M. Rosbrugh, 83, of Mishawaka, died Sunday February 19, 2017. The South Bend native was born February 17, 1934 to Fredrick & Margaret (Simmons) Wagner. Shirley graduated from Riley High School with the Class of ''52 and on April 24, 1953, she married Richard P. Rosbrugh in South Bend, who survives after 63 years of marriage. Shirley retired from the offices at South Bend School Corp. In addition to her husband Dick, Shirley is also survived by their children, William (Kristie) Rosbrugh, Michael R. Rosbrugh and Timothy (Tammy) Rosbrugh, all of South Bend; her sister, Joan (Robert) Zimmerman of Klinger Lake and Lehigh Acres FL; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
