Shirley P. Wright, 84, of Elkhart passed away at 10:51 pm, Friday, April 17, 2009 in Elkhart General Hospital. Shirley was born on November 24, 1924 to the late William and Leona (Gross) Tesno. On July 17, 1948, she married Robert W. Wright, who passed away on January 11, 2007. She is also preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald and Glen.
Shirley is survived by four children, Deb (Scott) Simons of Elkhart, Judy (John) Agorichas of Palmdale, CA and Patti Moore of Memphis, TN and Tom (Marcia) Wright of Elkhart, 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother, Tom (Shirley) Tesno of Hatboro, PA. and a special friend and sister-in-law, Mildred "June" Wright of Michigan City.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, April 21, 2009 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00 pm in the funeral home. Her granddaughter, Sydne Rogers will officiate. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
