Obituary

OSCEOLA – Stacy L. Rosso, 55, passed away Monday, April 30, 2018 at Goshen Hospital. Stacy was born August 28, 1962 in Kirksville, Missouri to Dr. John K. and Sharon Graham. Stacy was wed to Mr. Dale Rosso November 2, 1978 at Osceola United Methodist Church. Together, they celebrated nearly forty years of marriage. Stacy was a 1980 graduate of Penn High School. She was a member of the marching band in her youth and also very active in 4-H on the horse and pony drill team. Stacy was also very involved with the Osceola Community Players since 1972. She was recognized by many with her annual performance in the musical version of A Christmas Carol. For eighteen years, Stacy worked as an LPN at Woodland Manor in Elkhart. She was a member of the Michiana Bird Society where she served as Vice President and Director of the Board. She and Dale were the owners of Toby's Toys since 2005. They lovingly made toys for all different types of parrots at Toby's. Stacy enjoyed taking her grandchildren to Disney World and making beautiful memories with them. She loved to fish, attend Renaissance Fairs, and helping her community as a nurse. Stacy is survived by her devoted husband, Dale Rosso; son, James (Kim) Rosso; daughter, Jessica Burnett; brother, Dr. John M. (Andrea) Graham; sister, Dr. Dana (James) Hoffman, and grandchildren, Connor Rosso and Autumn Burnett. In honor of her legacy, Stacy's family requests that memorial contributions be directed to 1 st Source Bank for the Stacy Rosso Grandchildren Educational Benefit Fund. Floral tributes are welcome and should be directed to Osceola United Methodist Church located at 431 North Beech Rd., Osceola, IN. Friends may call from 5 pm – 6 pm Sunday, May 6th at Osceola United Methodist Church. A Celebration of Life will be held at 6 pm with Pastor Leroy Wise to officiate.
