Stephen D. Vilardo, 60, of Elkhart, formerly of Hamburg, PA, passed away at 8:58 pm, Thursday, March 4, 2010 in Memorial Hospital of South Bend. Stephen was born on December 19, 1949 in Reading, PA to Daniel and Dorothy (Chipperfield) Vilardo. Stephen is survived by his children, Stephen D. (Adrian) Vilardo, Jr. of Pittston, PA, Troy (Kristal) Vilardo of Morse, LA, Tiffany (Noah) Hoopingarner of Elkhart, Jessica (Merl) Maggs of Reading, PA, Zachary Vilardo of Wolcottville, IN and Lucky Vilardo of Sturgis, and eleven grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother, Dorothy Vilardo of Reading, PA and brother, Barry (Paulette) Vilardo of Reading, PA. Visitation will be from 2:00-5:00 pm, Sunday, March 7, 2010 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola. Funeral service will be held in Reading, PA with burial to follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
