Wakarusa – Steven Lewis Sells, 52, passed away peacefully with his loving family beside him following a brief period of declining health on September 14, 2026, at the Center for Hospice in Mishawaka.

Steven was born on October 12, 1973, in Mishawaka to Robert and the late Cheryl (Hurst) Sells. He was a loving son, father, brother, and grandfather who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Steven was a follower of the Christian faith. He enjoyed spending time playing pool at the local pool hall, fishing, and, especially, tinkering with motorcycles and cars. He had a natural curiosity and enjoyed working with his hands, whether he was riding, repairing, or simply enjoying his vehicles.

Steven is survived by his father, Robert Sells; his sons, Brandon (Jamie) Sells and Cooper Yoder; his granddaughter, Berklee Sells; his brother, Jeromee Sells; and his niece and nephew, Elli and Eli Chapman.

As Steven requested, no services will be held. A private ceremony of interment will take place later at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola, Indiana.
