Tami Lynn Thomas

April 15, 1958 – February 10, 2024

Tami Thomas 65 of Elkhart, Indiana, passed away on February 10, 2024.

Tami is survived by her husband David Thomas; daughters Margarita Hernandez, Bettie (Steven) Hoover, April Zillman; brothers Ricky Purucker of Elkhart, Indiana, Keith Vail Jr., of Niles, Michigan, David Vail of Niles, Michigan, Roger Vail of Elkhart, Indiana, and Charles Vail of Louisville, Kentucky; sisters Karen Juarez of Niles, Michigan and Juanita Wilson of Allendale, South Carolina; 11 grandchildren (with one on the way); and 2 great-grandchildren.

Tami was proceeded in death by her parents Keith Allen Vail Sr. & Doris (Purucker) Vail and a sister Brenda Vale Radke.

Tami loved puzzles and diamond art. She also enjoyed watching crime documentaries and her favorite shows Golden Girls and Walker Texas Ranger. Most of all she loved precious time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Monday, February 19, 2024 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm with a funeral service beginning at 12:30 pm.  Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, located at 10776 McKinley Hwy., Osceola, Indiana 46561
