Tammy Ann King, 52, of South Bend, passed away 12:27 pm, Tuesday, June 19, 2012 in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka. Tammy was born on April 11, 1960, the daughter of Frank and Betty Holtsclaw.
She is survived by her husband, Roy King of South Bend, two daughters, Kristy (Branden) Jones of South Bend, Amy King of South Bend; and five grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Dominick, Gabrielle, Annarae and Khloe. She is also survived by four sisters, Kathy (Bob) Littlejohn of Mishawaka, Tina (Bob) Filer of Mishawaka, Darlene Miller of Virginia Beach, VA, and Theresa Wolbeck of Granger and three brothers, Frank Holtsclaw of South Bend, Jeff (Lisa) Holtsclaw of Ft. Wayne, and Sean Holtsclaw of South Bend.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 25, 2012 from1:00-2:00 pm, in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola with a 2:00 pm service to follow. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
