Tammy L. Zimmerman, 53, of Wakarusa, IN, passed away on November 13, 2023 at Elkhart General Hospital.  She was born on March 4, 1970 in Ekhart to George and Joyce (Rucker) Perry.  She married Edward Zimmerman on July 20, 2002.

In addition to her husband, Edward, Tammy leaves two children, Troy and Joyce Zimmerman; a sister, Rhonda (Dennis) Potucek; three brothers: Curtis (Linda) Perry, Thomas (Lanita) Perry and Raymond Perry.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Tammy attended Word Of Truth Ministries in Milford.  She loved to craft and was in the process of starting her own Sublimation business.  She had a huge heart, a wonderful sense of humor and loved to have fun.  She made it a point to try to have an impact on everyone she met, especially her children's friends.

Tammy was an organ donor and she has helped four people with her gifts.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Mayo Clinic for POTS research.

Friends may visit with the family from 11-1 P.M. Friday November 24, 2023 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy., Osceola, IN.  A Funeral Service in her honor will begin at 1 P.M.  Pastor Mike Kelly will officiate.  Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
