Teresa Ann Martin, 65, of Elkhart, IN passed away peacefully on December 7, 2021 in Indianapolis surrounded by her loving family.  She was born to John and Beverly (Sanford) Burt on October 10, 1956 in Elkhart, IN.  She married Mathew Martin on September 15, 1984, he survives.

Teresa loved her family and spending time with them.  She loved being a Wife, Mother and Nana.  She was a big Notre Dame football and Chicago Bears fan and loved watching games on television with her family.

She is survived by her loving husband; her 2 daughters, Ashley (Derek) Sammut and Nicole Martin; 2 sisters, Susan (Joseph) Schmitt and Cindi (Jon) Hillman; 2 grandchildren, Kennedy Sammut and Lincoln Caceres.

Teresa was preceded in death by her father, John Burt and her brother, Douglas Burt.

Services for Teresa will be held Monday, December  13, 2021 at 6PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home 10776 McKinley Hwy Osceola, IN 46561.  Friends and family may visit from 4PM until the time of service.  Chapel Hill is honored to care for the Martin Family.
