Thomas Lee Conard, 78 of Mishawaka, IN passed away April 28, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family.  He was born on April 20, 1943 in Mishawaka, IN to the late Gerald and Elva (Jones) Conard.  He married Beverly A. (Buwa) Conard, she preceded him in death.  He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.

Thomas is survived by his 3 daughters Denise (Darryl) Smith, Cheryl (Tim) Conard and Michelle Conard; his sister Evelyn (David) Perez; niece Renee (Matt) Johnson; 7 grandchildren Krista, Amanda, Brittney, Sasha, Tonya, Gwinnie and Christian; 7 great grandchildren Ethan, Dylan, Logan, Nolan, Heaven, Kihri and London.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Beverly.

Services for Thomas will be held Wednesday May 5, 2021 at 2PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home 10776 McKinley Hwy Osceola, IN 46561.  Friends may visit from 12PM until time of service with burial to follow in Chapel Hill Memory Gardens with Military Honors.  Memorial contributions made in Thomas' memory may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
