Thomas M. Lemak, 51, of Mishawaka, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2013 in his home. Tom was born on March 21, 1962, the son of Charles H. and Sheila (Southgate) Lemak. He is survived by his mother, Sheila Lemak of Mishawaka, three children, Tiffany Lemak, Matthew Lemak, and Coty Buelna, all of Elkhart. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Brayden, Autumn, Jade, and Marcus and a sister, Sharon Shultz of South Bend. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles and two brothers, Mark and Charles Lemak, Jr. Tom loved to be in the outdoors and until recently rode his beloved Harley Davidson around town. He was very experienced in Karate and earned two black belts. In his spare time, he loved to spend time with his grandchildren. Entombment of his ashes will take place at a later date in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
