Thomas E. Rodewald, age 79, of Elkhart, IN passed away January 30, 2023. Born April 22, 1943 to the late Herbert and Dorothy (Nash) Rodewald, he was a life resident of the area. Also preceded in death by his sister, Joyce Taylor, he is survived by his wife Ellen (Thrasher) of the home, daughters Denise Rodewald of Marathon, FL, Stephanie Hornor (Neal) of Bristol, IN, grandsons Josh Hornor (Kelsey) of Walkerton, IN, Ron Francher II of Grand Rapids, MI, Aaron Hornor (Gina) of Elkhart, IN eight grandchildren, brother Paul Rodewald of Illinois and sister Ruth Ann Owen of Elkhart, IN. Services have been entrusted to Chapel Hill Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday February 3, 2023 from 12:00 - 2:00 pm with a service to follow at 2:00 pm.
