Timothy James Pecher, Sr., 59, of Elkhart died Saturday March 16, 2013 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Tim was born in Niles on September 1, 1953 to Joseph S. and Violet M. (Gorham) Pecher, who have both preceded him in death. On November 20, 1976 Tim married Linda Sue Holt. Tim enjoyed camping, woodworking and spending time with friends & family, especially his grandchildren. He had formerly worked as a fabricator & welder in the RV industry for M&M Fabricating. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Linda Pecher of Elkhart; sons, Timothy James "T.J." (Peggy Sue Hunt) Pecher, Jr. of South Bend and David Allen (Tina) Pecher of Lagrange; six grandchildren, Deana Pecher, Teddy Hunt, Joey Pecher, Cody Pecher, Blayze Speicher, Kealey Speicher; and his sister, Christine Pecher of Elkhart. Memorial Service 3:00 Sunday March 24, 2013 in First Church of God, 33180 US 12, Niles MI, with Rev. Robert Jackson officiating. Friends may call 2-3pm in the church.
