Mishawaka - Todd Michael Dies aged 54, passed unexpectedly on Monday, September 30, 2024.

Todd was born on July 9, 1970, in Mishawaka to George Dies and Sherrie (Putek) Delucenay. He was a graduate of Penn High School. He was preceded in death by his sister, Alicia Yvonne (Dies) Zeiger.

Todd was regularly active with the Penn High School Swim Club, operating the Colorado timing system at many swim meets.  He was employed at Griffen Plumbing & Heating for 23 years.  He and Michelle were at as many meets as possibly during their boys' college years. He also loved to rescue animals with Michelle and loved his rescue animals dearly.

Todd is survived by his wife, Michelle (Higgins) Dies, two sons, Evan Michael Dies and Aaron Todd Dies, his father George Dies of Mishawaka and his mother Sherrie Ann (Putek) Delucenay of Elkhart, nieces and nephews. Blake Anthony Zeiger, Madeline (Higgins) Arif, Luke Higgins, Ryleigh (Schackow) Podojil, and a great niece, Maple Podojil, Sally Settles mother-in-law, Aunt and Uncle in-law Nancy and Larry Orszulak.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 4th from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola IN.

The funeral service will immediately follow Friday, October 4th at 7:00 PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Reverend Bob Vale officiating.

Committal services will be private at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
