Granger – Tracy Lynn Cohee, 58, passed away unexpectedly on September 24, 2026, with her loving family by her side.
Tracy was born on March 15, 1968, in Elkhart, Indiana, to the late Joseph and Peggy Sue Filicicchia. She was a proud graduate of Concord High School, Class of 1987. Tracy enjoyed meeting people throughout her years of providing private transportation and was known for the kindness she showed to those around her.
Above all, Tracy cherished her role as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Tommy Cohee; her children, Jeremy Scheidel, Blake Fales, Kala Cohee, and Kendra Matthys; and her five grandchildren, Layla Matthys, Grayson Matthys, Grayson Biehl, Violet Fales, and Oscar Scheidel. She also leaves behind numerous friends and associates who will fondly remember her.
Tracy found great joy in caring for her family and tending to her garden, where her natural green thumb could be seen in everything she grew. She had a special compassion for animals and was well known for caring for and protecting many stray animals in need. Her nurturing heart extended to all those who needed a little extra love and care.
Tracy will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of getting to know her.
The family will receive friends on Thursday October 8th 2026 from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm. The funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 PM Thursday October 8th 2026 with an internment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, the Garden of Knights of Columbus, Osceola, IN
