Violet M. Frye, 82, of Waxahachie, Texas, died Saturday, October 22, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family. The South Bend native was born May 14, 1934 to George A. and Ethel (Daum) Frame, who have both preceded her in death. In 1967, Violet married Paul Frye, who preceded her in death in 1992. She was a member of the Association of Rebekah Assemblies and Longfellows Associations. Violet enjoyed making dolls. Violet is survived by her children, Sally Ann (Sylvester) Tobo, Gary Lee Baldwin, Daniel Thomas Baldwin all of Michigan, Robert E. (Cathy) Baldwin, MaryJo Otto both of Texas, Mark Baldwin, and Paul Baldwin both of MI; nine grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Paul; two sisters and two brothers. There will be a graveside service on October 25, 2016 at 2 PM in the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
