Walter H. Miller, age 81, of Three Rivers, MI, formerly of Elkhart, passed away on April 22, 2016 at 5:04 AM at Heartland Health Care Center in Three Rivers, MI. He was born October 2, 1934 to Charles and Alice (Fulton) Miller in Elkhart, Indiana. On April 29, 1958 Walter married Bonnie Horswill. She preceded him in death. Walter served his country honorably from 1953-1961 in the United States Army. He worked for 31 years for Docks Foundry. Mr. Miller was a member of the American Legion Post 170 and the Molders Union. Walter is survived by his children, Christina Miller of Niles, MI, William (Wendy) Miller of Edwardsburg, MI, and Victoria (Robert) Campbell of Elkhart; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Bonnie; one brother and one sister. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 from 1-2 PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola, IN 46561. There will be a graveside service in Mr. Miller''s honor following the visitation at 2 PM with full military honors.
